DIRECT ENERGY SAVINGS
EC Fans consume up to 70% less energy compared to belt driven fans. This will significantly reduce the energy consumption of your building.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Less costs for maintenance as EC fans do not use v-belts that needs to be periodically replaced. Filters need to changed less often as they do not get clogged by v-belt dust.
DIRECT DECARBONIZATION
PURE solutions reduce ventilation energy consumption by up to 70% therefore significantly reducing your CO2 emissions.
INDIRECT DECARBONIZATION
Pure solutions will make use of the existing AHU metal housing / Chiller / Cooling Tower.
This way you will avoid the CO2 attributed to fabricating brand new units.
HVAC REDUNDANCY
A failure in a belt driven AHU takes the complete unit out of service. PURE solutions replace a large fan with multiple smaller energy performant fans. If one fan fails, the AHU will still deliver ventilation though the rest of the working fans.
BMS INTEGRATION
The upgraded fan controller can be BMS integrated to monitor the energy consumption of fans, fan vibration levels, as well as pressure changes to help preventative maintenance and so reducing the risk of failure.
FAST INSTALLATION
AHU Decarbonization usually takes 1-3 days per unit. This has the lowest possible disruption to your asset’s operation compared to fully replacing a unit.
OPTIMIZED MAINTENANCE
There is no need to periodically control or replace v-belts as EC fans do not use them. Pressure change monitoring provide an early indication on filters that needs to be changed.
COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS
For industrial applications, our team will conduct Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to ensure that the cooling efficiency of the new system is as per the original specification. CFD is highly relevant for large cooling towers that serve industrial cooling processes.
