PURE AALTO

PURE TALOTEKNIIKKA was founded over 20 years ago as Uudenmaan IV-asenus Oy in Helsinki, Finland. Energy efficiency projects have been a core part of the company's DNA since the introduction of EC fans.

PURE AALTO is a spin-off from PURE Talotekniikka; PURE AALTO aims to expand operations outside of Finland focusing primarily on Building Energy Efficiency solutions based on EC Fan modernizations for:

Air Handling Units
Cooling Towers
Dry Coolers
Chillers
Roof Top Units

PURE solutions bring energy efficiency improvements of up to 70% and generally secure an investment payback period of under three years.

2005

Jani Uusitalo establishes the company under the name Uudenmaan IV-asenus Oy in Finland. The company focuses on ventilation and air handling solutions with a focus on contracting business.

Energy efficiency projects start as soon as the EC fans were introduced to the market.

2021

Jari Hagström and Jukka Holopainen become shareholders of the company.

The new strategic direction of the company is to develop into a multi-service business specializing in HVAC technology focused on professional property owners.

2024

Jari Hagström takes over as Managing Director of the company in 2023.

Electricity, pipe & plumbing, fire safety, automation, and refrigeration services are added to the overall business offering.

2025

PURE AALTO is established as a separate entity to expand PURE's energy efficiency solutions outside of Finland.

The mission is to serve multinational enterprise clients by delivering geographically-distributed projects while maintaining a strong emphasis on workmanship.
